Glitter Ruffles Cupcake Topper
I made this cupcake topper after seeing a cake in the new Cake Central magazine covered in these delicate ruffled flowers. The actual flower is covered in Super Pearl Luster Dust and it is super glittery. These would be awesome at a birthday party or bridal shower.

i can't really tell but i assume the flower is frosting....it is very pretty and since i can't tell if it is frosting or not you did a great job......wow you really were busy....
Jeanetta - Thanks for all of the comments. This topper is actaully made of fondant. I just had to figure out how to 'ruffle' it. I think they are one of my new favoriets.
